Recorded between 2015 and 2022, ‘Always from the Same Angle Il' is a collection of tracks and ideas, stripped back to their fundamental elements before being processed, remixed and arranged into one continuous mix.

Revisiting these old recordings reveals a new perspective. Recognising and responding to the originals from a distance expresses something new. Layered with something half-forgotten.

With a cleaner sound than its predecessor, this compilation retains a simple melodic core, while touching on classic ambient and dub techno atmospheres.

AFTSAII is sparse and calm. No less emotive for it’s peaceful nature and economy of sound, this record is quiet and dignified. Calmly articulating something deep, ambiguous and sincerely felt.
